Nathan

Nathan approaches real estate with a steady, thoughtful perspective shaped by experience, local knowledge, and a deep respect for the responsibility that comes with representing clients in important decisions. His work is grounded in listening carefully, understanding what matters most, and helping clients move forward with clarity and confidence.

Born in Ventura and raised in Santa Barbara through high school, Nathan returned to Ventura over a decade ago and has built both his life and career there. That long-standing connection to the region—paired with a background in economics and a strategic mindset—allows him to evaluate situations carefully, navigate complexity, and advocate effectively on behalf of his clients. His approach is measured and intentional, with a focus on protecting his clients’ interests rather than rushing outcomes.

Nathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is an active member of both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He remains committed to staying informed and adapting thoughtfully as markets, technology, and client expectations evolve.

Before entering real estate, Nathan spent many years as a professional tennis player—an experience that continues to shape his discipline, preparation, and competitive focus. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, golf, travel, and time outdoors. Above all, he values time with family and is proud to share life in Ventura with his wife Kelly and their children, Monroe and Shane.

Nathan’s role is to serve as a steady advocate and trusted guide throughout the process—especially when the stakes are high and decisions carry long-term impact. He believes strong representation is built on judgment, integrity, and a personalized approach that puts clients first at every step.
